A valid payment method (including credit card or PayPal) is required to process your subscription payment. You shall provide our authorized sales agent with accurate and complete billing information, including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize our sales agents to charge all subscription fees to any such payment instrument through your account. MODEL ME does not have access to your payment details.
Free trial
MODEL ME may, at its sole discretion, offer a subscription with a free trial for a limited time (“Free Trial”).
You may need to enter billing information to sign up for a free trial.
If you entered your billing information when you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged by our authorized sales agents until the free trial expires. On the last day of the free trial period, you will automatically be charged the applicable subscription fee for the selected subscription type unless you cancel your subscription.
MODEL ME reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of free trial offers, or (ii) cancel such free trial offers at any time without prior notice.
Fee changes
MODEL ME may, in its sole discretion, modify the Subscription Fees for a Subscription at any time. Any subscription fee changes will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
MODEL ME will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any changes to subscription fees to provide you with an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such changes become effective.
Your continued use of the Services after a Subscription Fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription Fee amount.
Refund request
MODEL ME may consider certain subscription refund requests on a case-by-case basis and grant them at its sole discretion.
